1.Introduction

1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how POSITIVEREADS LLC, doing business as FrontFlyer (the “Company”, “we” or “us”), collects, uses, and shares information about You when You use:

  • The website with domain name frontflyer.com (the “Website”) and the services offered on it
  • The deal alerts and other emails sent by the Company
  • Any content the Company places on social media or other platforms

Collectively referred to as the “Platforms”.

1.2 The terms “You” and “Your” refer to anyone who accesses or uses any of the Platforms.

1.3 FrontFlyer serves customers in the United States, and the Platforms are intended for use there.

1.4 This Privacy Policy does not cover the collection or use of Your data by third-party websites or services, such as the airlines and travel agencies you book with. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

1.5 This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 1, 2026.

2.Who we are

2.1 POSITIVEREADS LLC is responsible for Your personal information. Our contact details are:

Company name: POSITIVEREADS LLC, doing business as FrontFlyer
Postal address: 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States
Email address: support@frontflyer.com
Text: +1 (505) 359-4960
Website: frontflyer.com

2.2 If You have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us at the email address above.

3.Information we collect

3.1.Information You give us

  • Account details: Your email address, Your name if You give one, and a password or a Google sign-in identifier if You use Google to log in
  • Travel preferences: the supported US home airports You choose, optional dream destinations, cabin, round-trip or one-way choices, and domestic deal opt-in
  • Activity in the Service: the deals You save or dismiss
  • Email choices: whether You opted in to marketing email, and Your alert and unsubscribe status
  • Messages: the content of what You send to support

3.2.Information from our payment processor

Card payments are processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store Your full card number. Stripe gives us Your subscription status, renewal dates, Stripe customer reference, and invoice references, which we keep for billing, accounting, and support.

3.3.Information collected automatically

  • Request logs: Cloudflare records each request to the Website, including an Internet Protocol (IP) address, timestamp, requested page, and browser details. Our own server records errors, not a log of visitors
  • Approximate location: the city or region Cloudflare derives from Your IP address, which we use to suggest a nearby departure city
  • Page counts and performance: we count page views by page, day, referring website, and device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), and we sample page loading times. These counts use no cookies, IP addresses, or visitor identifiers, so they cannot tell us who You are

3.4.What we do NOT collect

We do not need or collect Your passport number, date of birth, frequent flyer number, or any booking details. You book on the airline or agency site, and we never see that transaction.

4.How we use your information

4.1 We use Your personal information to:

  • Match flight deals to Your home airports and preferences
  • Send the alerts and emails You asked for
  • Create and manage Your account, and provide customer support
  • Process Your subscription, renewals, and refunds
  • Personalize the deals feed and the ranking You see
  • Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Website
  • Detect abuse, fraud, and automated scraping of the Service
  • Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

4.2 We do not sell Your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. In particular, we do not sell Your travel preferences to airlines or advertisers.

5.Sharing your information

5.1 We disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:

  • To service providers who help us operate the Platforms, listed below, and who may use it only to provide their services to us
  • To comply with the law, a court order, or a lawful request from a public authority, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of the Company, our users, or others
  • As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case this Privacy Policy continues to apply to Your information
  • With Your consent or at Your direction

5.2 The service providers we use are:

  • Stripe: payment processing, fraud prevention, and the billing portal
  • Cloudflare: secure delivery of website traffic to our server, network protection, request logs, and the approximate location derived from Your IP address
  • Google: sign-in with Google, if You choose it
  • Resend: delivery of account emails and paid deal alerts, and the contact lists for marketing email if You opt in
  • netcup: the server we operate is rented from netcup GmbH
  • Backblaze: storage of our encrypted database backups

5.3 The application itself, including its database of accounts, preferences, and alert records, runs on a server that the Company operates, located in Vienna, Austria. Your information is therefore stored and processed outside the United States, and some service providers also process it in other countries; for example, our email provider processes email in the European Union. We apply the protections in this Privacy Policy wherever it is processed.

5.4 Clicking a deal takes You to an airline or online travel agency. That is an outbound link: we pass no personal information with it, and once You are on their site their privacy policy applies.

6.Cookies, browser storage, and Do Not Track

6.1 The Website uses strictly necessary cookies to keep You signed in, protect authentication flows, and make account features work.

6.2 We also use browser storage on Your device for functional choices, such as Your progress through the product tour, the airports You selected, and an unfinished checkout.

6.3 We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics, and no third party collects information about Your activity across websites through the Website. We therefore do not show a cookie consent banner.

6.4 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. When Your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not include Your visit in our page counts or performance samples. Because we never sell or share personal information for advertising, we also treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a confirmed opt-out of sale and sharing.

6.5 You can clear cookies and browser storage in Your browser settings, but doing so may sign You out or reset saved choices.

7.Email communications

7.1 Paid deal alerts. With an active subscription, You receive alerts for verified deals matched to Your selected supported US home airports and trip preferences. Every alert includes a link to stop future alerts. Stopping alerts does not cancel a paid subscription; manage or cancel billing separately in Your account.

7.2 Account and billing emails. Verification, password reset, receipt, renewal, security, and service notices are transactional messages needed to operate Your account and subscription, and are sent even if You unsubscribe from alerts or marketing.

7.3 Marketing email. We send marketing email only if You opt in. Every marketing email identifies us, includes our postal address, and has an unsubscribe link, and we honor an unsubscribe request within 10 business days. You can also change this choice in Your account or by contacting support@frontflyer.com.

7.4 Our emails do not track whether You open them or which links You click.

8.Data retention

8.1 We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in section 4, including legal, tax, accounting, and dispute requirements. As a guide:

  • Account, preference, and subscription information: while Your account is open, then deleted or anonymized after a verified deletion request or when no longer needed
  • Billing and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires
  • Request logs: kept by Cloudflare under its own retention periods
  • Page counts and performance samples: these contain no personal information
  • Encrypted backups: deleted information can remain in our encrypted backups until those backups are deleted; we use backups only to restore the Service

8.2 Flight and price data itself is not personal information. It is collected from public sources and kept independently of any user account.

9.Data security

9.1 We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, including:

  • Encrypted network connections
  • Encrypted off-site backups
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Payment processing through Stripe

9.2 No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.3 If a security breach affects Your personal information, we will notify You and any authority as the applicable law requires.

10.Your privacy choices and rights

10.1 Wherever You live in the United States, You can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about You, and receive a copy in a portable format
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete Your account and personal information, subject to the legal exceptions in section 8
  • Opt out of marketing email, of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither), and of targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we do neither)

10.2 You can update Your home airports, dream destinations, trip types, and domestic deal choice in the app at any time. For any other request, email support@frontflyer.com or text +1 (505) 359-4960.

10.3 We verify a request by confirming control of the email address on Your account, and we respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days when necessary, with notice. You may use an authorized agent, who must show Your signed permission; we may still ask You to verify Your identity directly. There is no fee, and we will not treat You differently for making a request.

10.4 If we decline Your request, You may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing support@frontflyer.com with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to the appeal in writing, and if You remain unsatisfied You may contact the attorney general of Your state.

11.Additional information for California residents

11.1 This section applies to residents of California and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), to the extent it applies to us.

11.2 Categories collected. In the last 12 months we collected these categories of personal information, from You directly, from Your device, and from Stripe and Cloudflare, for the purposes in section 4:

  • Identifiers: email address, name if You give one, account and Stripe customer references, IP address
  • Commercial information: subscription status, renewal dates and invoice references
  • Internet activity: request logs, deals You save or dismiss, and alert delivery and unsubscribe status
  • Approximate geolocation: the city or region derived from Your IP address
  • Preferences: the home airports and travel choices You give us

We keep each category only as long as section 8 describes. The only sensitive personal information we collect is Your account login with its password, used only to sign You in, never to infer anything about You. Card details go directly to Stripe.

11.3 No sale or sharing. We do not sell Your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the last 12 months. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16. We disclose personal information for business purposes only to the service providers listed in section 5.2. If this ever changes, we will update this policy first and offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.

11.4 Your rights. You may know and access, delete, and correct Your personal information, opt out of its sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Make a request as section 10 describes.

11.5 California's “Shine the Light” law lets residents ask which personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing. We make no such disclosures.

12.Children

The Platforms are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If You believe a child has given us personal information, contact support@frontflyer.com and we will delete it.

Our Service links to airlines, online travel agencies, and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we recommend reading their policies before booking.

14.Changes to this policy

14.1 We may update this Privacy Policy, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

14.2 We will email account holders notice of a material change at least 14 days before it takes effect, and post a notice on the Website. We will not use personal information already collected in a materially different way without Your consent.
